Boss Consulting recently exhibited at UKISUG Connect, the largest annual gathering of SAP professionals from across the UK & Ireland. Held from 30 November to 2 December at the ICC Birmingham, the event brought together industry leaders from across the SAP ecosystem. Boss Consulting’s Managing Director, Bill Noon, was invited to speak, delivering a well-received session on how organisations can reduce costs by right-sizing the SAP license model.
Throughout the three-day conference, Boss Consulting engaged with new partners and potential clients, sharing insights into how the consultancy has supported some of the world’s biggest brands and public sector organisations through complex transformation programmes. Their exhibition stand captured significant attention, showcasing the SAP journey through an aspirational road journey theme, complete with a show-stopping Triumph Bonneville T100 centrepiece.

Boss Consulting’s partnership with Turnkey Consulting and Invictus enabled Hyperoptic to optimise its SAP environment by reclassifying licenses and scaling back unused functions – achieving an impressive 35% cost saving. The project not only reduced expenditure but also ensured SAP better aligned with Hyperoptic’s evolving business needs and future roadmap.
